The Council of the _ ___ Kinc o l ^ h _______________Band of Indians at a meeting held a t Kincolitht Febru^r a ie ?\ h e following by­ law pursuant to paragraphs ( c ) , (d) , (q) and (r) of Section 80 of the Indian Act . By-law M o . _____ I^______ A by-law to provide for the regulation of the ac t i vi t i es of boys and girls on the Kincolith_________________ Indian Reserve, ac tual ly or apparently under 16 years of age, ( a ) No boy or girl on the ffinnoli.th Indian Re­ serve actually or apparently under__16 years of age , shall loiter any pl ace within t h e ___ Kin co lith ______________Indian Reserve after nine o ' c l oc k in the afternoon, (b) No boy or girl on the K i n c o l i t h Indian Re­ serve ac tual ly or apparently under 16 years of_age, shall be in any place of enter tai nment , s t reet , lane, by-way or common within the said reserve after the hour of nine o ' c l oc k in the afternoon unless acCompahied by his or her parent or an adult appointed by a parent to accompany such chi ld. ( c) A boy or girl on t h e ____ ______Kincol i t h ____ Indian Reserve found violat ing the provisions of paragraph (a) or (b) may be warned and conducted home by a police officer and if the warning is not regarded or after the warning the Ldy or g it i is again found disobeyirig sâid paragtaph ( a ) or (b) the parents of such boy or girl ihdll be directed to meet with the Advisory Commit tee appointed by the council of the Band for the protec tion of the chi ldren, (d) A parent who permits his child to violate paragraph (a) or (b) * shall be guilty of an offence and shall be l iable on summary convict ion to a fine not exceeding $ 5 . 0 0 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven days, or both fine and imprisonment.
