C. on th e th ir d day of F eb ru ary 1961 makes the following bylaw pursuant to paragraph (a) and (r) of section 80 of The Indian Act: Bylaw No.__j6___ J A bylaw to provide for the erdction and control of toilets ^ or priviea on the K in co lith _________ Indian Reserve, in the Pro- / vince of B r it is h Co lumMa . 1 (a) The holder of a c e r t i f i c a te of possession or occupant of every building or structure used at a dwelling or a place of business within the KincolfoVi__________ _ Indian Reserve shall provide a toile t or privy for the use of persons occupying or resorting to such building or structure. (b) Every to i le t or privy shall be not less than gn_feet from any wel l or water supply. j (c) Such to i le t or privy shall be of fly proof construction and shall be provided with a tight f itt ing door which shall be kept closed. (d) All toilets or privies shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. (e) The council may arrange for the regular removal of night- soil from any premises within the reserve, (f) Night-soil from priviea kept on premises pending removal there from shall be kept in a water t ight , f ly proof covered container, (g) Night-soil removed from premises within the reserve shall be taken to and deposited at a place within the reserve approved by the
