1 cerîTfîI d true cqpT I MUSQUEAM INDIAN BAND NUISANCE AMENDMENT NO. 1 BY-LAW This By-Law is made pursuant to Section 81(1) (d) (q) of the Indian Act. WHEREAS by a Nuisance By-Law (the "By-Law”) which came into force March 6, 1990, the Chief and Council of the Band exercised their powers under the said sections of the Indian Act and they now wish to amend the By-Law. NOW THEREFORE the Band Council of the Musqueam Indian Band enacts as a by-law the following: 1. The enabling provision is amended by adding "(r)" after ”(q)". 2. Section 1 of the by-law is amended by deleting "and which is not currently being used for providing transportation" at the end of the definition "nuisances". THIS BY-LAW shall come into force on the date determined pursuant to Section 82 of the Indian Act.
