P O R T S I M P S O N C O U N C I L \ PORT SIMPSON, B. C. The council of the Port Simpson band of Indians at a meeting held I960, makes the following by-law pursuant to paragraphs (c), ( a ) , ( q) and (r) of section 80 of the Indian let. By-law No. 7 A by-law to provide for the regulation of the activities of boys and girls on the Port Simpson #1 Indian Reserve, actually or apparently under 16 years of age. (a) No boy or girl on the Port Simpson #1 Indian Reserve actually or apparently under 16 years of age, shall loiter any place vdthin the Port Simpson No» 1 Indian Reserve after nine oclock in the afternoon, standard time. (b) No boy or girl on the Port Simpson #1 Indian Reserve actually or apparently under 16 years of age, shall be in any place of entertainment, street, lane, by-way or common within the said reserve after the hour of nine o clock in the afternoon standard time, on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays unieS3 accompanied by his or her parent or an adult appointed by a parent to accompany such child, (c) No boy or girl on the Port Simpson #1 Indian Reserve actually or apparently under 16 years of age, shall be in any place of entertainment, street, lane, by-way or common within the said reserve after the hour of eleven oclock in the afternoon standard time, on Fridays and Saturdays tinless accompanied by his or her parent or an adult appointed by a parent to accompany such child. (d) A boy or girl on the Port Simpson #1 Indian Reserve found violating the provisions of paragraph (a), (b) or (c) may be warned and conducted home by a police officer.
