KWIKWETLEM FIRST NATION BYLAW NO 2014-02 UNSIGHTLY PREMISES BYLAW BACKGROUND: A. The Council of Kwikwetlem First Nation desires to establish a By-Law to regulate the unsightly use of premises on I.R. 1 and I.R.2 B. The Council of Kwikwetlem First Nation is empowered to make such a By-Law and any matter ancillary thereto pursuant to paragraphs 81(l)(p), (q) and (r) of the Indian Act RSC 1985, c. 1-5. C. It is deemed to be expedient and necessary, for the benefit, comfort and safety of the residents and members of the Reserve, to provide for the removal of any accumulation of filth, discarded materials, or rubbish of any kind, or any derelict vehicle or derelict vehicles. NOW THEREFORE: The Council of Kwikwetlem First Nation hereby resolves to make the following Unsightly Premises Bylaw: SHORT TITLE: 1. This bylaw may be cited as "UNSIGHTLY PREMISES BYLAW 2014-02
THIS BY-LAW IS HEREBY made and approved at a duly convened meeting of the Council of the Kwikwetlem First Nation this °{ day of A p C« 1_________ 2014.
