T \ dgfy ( f The Council o f the Kispio: Band o f Indians at a meeting held at the Kispiox Indian Reserve No. 1 makes the following by-law pursuant to paragraph (a) and(r) o f Section 80 o f the Indian Act a id as provided under by-law No. 8, part c . By-law No. 9 » -y /#; / f k by-law to provide fo r the removal o f garbage and waste on the Kispiox Indian Reserve in the Province o f British Columbia. (a) Every householder shall deposit a l l garbage and waste in a f l y proof receptica l provided with a water tigh t cover. (b) No water or liquids shall be placed in or allowed to rural into or accumulate in any recep tica l. (c ) The recep tica l shall be placed at the street or a lley by 9î00 a.m. standard time, on the day designated fo r garbage c o lle c t io n (d) The garbage shall be collected twice monthly at such time as designated by the cou n cil. (e ) For the co lle c tio n o f garbage and waste a fee in the amount as set hereunder shall be imposed and lev ied , $1800 per month. ( f ) Accounts shall be paid to the person delegated by the Council. . (g) Accounts are to be paid by the 15th day o f the current month. (Jj). Any person who v io la tes any o f the provisions o f this by-lay shall be gu ilty o f an offence and shall be liab le on sur- mary conviction to a fine not exceeding ten dollars ($10.00) or imprisonment fo r a term not exceeding seven (7) days, or both fine and imprisonment.
