No person, othor than a member of the Kispiox Indian Band - Vw, V' y * -* * » t 1 !V -* shall fish or camp for the purpose of fishing on Kispiox Indian Reserve ^■0" No. 1, except under authority of a permit issued pursuant to paragraph 2, 2. A penalt may be issued by a Fish, Game and Timber Warden appointed by the Council of the Bnnd to any person authorized under the laws of the Province of British Columbia to fish in waters contiguous to Kispiox Indian Reserve Kro*~l; 3* Such permit .shall be valid only for the period inscribed thereon. 4. The holder of a permit shall be entitled to fish by angling only. 5. No person shall fish for, take or attempt to take, retain, keep crut of water or have in his possession, more fish or fish of a size other than as provided in the Fishing Regulations for the Province of * British Columbia, in force from time to time in respect of the immediate area in which the said reserve is situated. 6. A permit shall be subject to any fee that may be established from time to time by resolution of the Council of the Band. 7. Any person who violates any ô f the provisions of this by-law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 010.00 or imprisonment for a terra not exceeding seven days or both fine and imprisonment.
