' f a ' ^ Ù '} ' The Council of the Kl^plox Band of Indians at a meeting held at Klsplox Indian Reserve No. 3 makes the following by-law pursuant to paragraph (a) (ii) of subsection . one of Section 82, and paragraph (r) of section 80 of the Indian Act* By-law No. 2 ~ / û > / ̂ i" ^ A by-law to provide for the licencing of businesses, callings, trades and occupations within the Kisplox________ Indian Reserve, in the Province of British Colombia. (a) No person shall conduct or carry on any business, calling, trade or occupation as listed herein who is not the holder of a valid and subsisting licence for the business, calling, trade or occupation issued pursuant to this by-law. (b) There shall be paid at the time of th« application for a licence a fee in the amount as set out he? eunder, which licence may be renewed from year to year upon payment of the required fee, * BUSINËSS CALLING TOADS or OCCUPATION LICENCE BEE ’’■VJ ' I .
