By-Law No. 1 (A) No boy or girl on the Fort Albany (Sinclair Island) Indian Reserve actually or apparently under 16 years of age shall linger any place within the said Reserve after 10 p.m. (B) No boy or girl on the Fort Albany (Sinclair Island) Indian Reserve actually or apparently under 16 years of age shall be in any place of entertainment, street, land, by way, within the said Reserve on the course of returning from off-Reserve after 10 p.m. without being accompanied by his or her parent. (C) A boy or girl of the Fort Albany (Sinclair Island) Indian Reserve found violating the provisions of (A) or (B) may be warned and conducted home by the Constable or Peace Officer. (D) Notwithstanding paragraphs (A) and (B) no offence is committed if a boy or girl is proceeding unaccompanied directly to or returning from a place where supervised activities by an adult are being carried out on Fridays or Saturdays after the hour of 10 p.m. provided the peace officers have been notified by the supervising adults. (E) A parent who permits his child to violate paragraphs (A), (B) and (D) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on a summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $100.00 or imprisonment not exceeding 2 months or both fine and imprisonment.
