AGENCY The Council of tha Nimpkish Band of Indiana at a sooting hold o n * .... . makes tho following bylaw pursuant ( to paragraph (g) and (r) of seotlon 60 of the Indian Aots Mâg.ifr.tJS A bylaw to provide for tho dividing of tho reserve or a por tion thereof Into zones and the prohibition of the construction or maintenance of**any class of buildings or the carrying on of any class of business, trade or calling in any such zone* A (a) No building shall bo erected for the purpose of conducting a business of any kind within the reserve without permission first having been granted by the council for tho construction of said building or the conduct of a business* (b) No business of any kind may bo established on the Klmpkiah Indian Reserve IA unless authorised by Council* (o) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this bylaw shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding ten dollars or Imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven days or both fine and imprison ment* j
