^ /< 3 o -5 5 8 Katzie Indian Band Council Katzie Indian Band RRAP Standards By-Law No.l, I98O Amendment By-Law No, 2,1980 WHEREAS it is deemed advisable and expedient to amened "KATZIE Indian Band RRAP Standards By-Law No.1,1980*5 NOW THEREFORE the KATZIE Indian Band Council in meeting assembled, enacts as follows» 1. "KATZIE Indian Band RRAP Standards By-Law No, 1, 1980" is hereby amended by renumbering Section 1, therof as Section 2, 2. "KATZIE Indian Band RRAP Standards By-Law No. 1, 1980" is hereby amended by the addition thereto of Section 12 which shall read» 12. Every person who impedes of interfers with the conduct of the work of the Building Inspector, or who violates any provision of the By-Law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty days, or both fine and imprisonment. 3. This By-Law may be cited for all purposes as the KATZIE Indian Band RRAP Standards By-Law No. 1, 1980, Amendment By-Law No. 2, 1980.
