The Council of the Kitaraaat Band of Indians at a meeting held November 6, 1954, makes the following by-law pursuant to paragraph (a) (ii) of subsection one of section Ô2, and paragraph (r) of section Ô0 of the Indian Act. By-Law No. 1. A by-law to provide for the licensing of businesses, callings, trades and occupations within the Kitamaat # 2 Indian Reserve, in the pDovince of British Columbia. (a) wo person shall conduct or carry on any business, calling, trade or occupation as listed herein who is not the holder of a valid and subsisting licence for the bus­ iness, calling, trade or occupation issued pursuant to this by-law. (b) There shall be paid at the time of the application for a licence a fee in the amount as set our hereunder, which licence may be renewed from year to year upon pay­ ment of the required fee.
