I "CERTIFIED" THE GISEGUKLA BAND OF INDIANS / BY-LAW NUMBER 90-6 Being A By-Law Respecting The Abuse Of Drugs WHEREAS Paragraph A of section 81 of the Indian Act empower the Council of a Band to make by-laws to regulate the abuse of drugs.The Council resolves that the existing laws of the Crown with respect to the use, possession, sale,bater,uspply or man ufacture of any mind-altering drugs, shall be in effect in the village and further that all penalties for the contravention of these laws shall be in effect.
