Bend of Indiens et e meeting held .P » _____________________ mekes the following bylew pursuent to petegreph (1) end (c) of section 80 of The Indien Act, Bylew No. _ A bylew to ptovide for the reguletion of the use of public wells, cisterns, reservoirs end other weter supplies, (e) No person shell wilfully or meliciously pollute eny public well, cistern, reservoir or other weter supply within the KitWBBCOOl_________ ________ ]____________ Indien Reserve, in the Province of _______ ILcI imMa __________. (b) No person shell destroy or injure eny public well, cistern, res­ ervoir or other weter supply within the reserve. (c ) The holder of e certificete of possession or occupent of lend within the reserve shell keep eny well thereon properly enclosed or covered, (d) No person shell deposit into or on the ice of or on the shores of eny weters lying within the reserve eny night-soil, gerbege, manure, offal, deed enitnel matter, decaying vegetable matter or eny substance or substances which in eny way may contaminate such weters end tend to make the weters therefrom unfit for human con '■* sumpt ' i * o n. Vr . (e) Any person who violates eny of the provisions o f this bylaw shall be guilty of an offence and shell be liable on summery conviction to a fine not exceeding ten dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven days, or both fine end imprisonment.
