t BY-LAW The Council of the KltwanCOOl in the No. Indian 2 A 3 g r e d n , cy , in the Province of JJQ , at a meeting held on the day of May A ,£1*1957, makes the following by-law pursuant to subsection (l) of Section 82 of the Indian Act. By-law No. j A by-law in connection with providing a garbage disposal service in the Ki'fcwancool Indian Reserve, Province British G olunbia 1. Every home owner in theKitW&XlCOOl Indian Reserve shall pay an annual fee of $5.00 which shall be appropriated to defray the cost of a garbage collection service on said Reserve. 2. The fee shall be payable to the Council of the Band on or before the 31st day of December in each year. 3. The service shall be provided by a person designated for this purpose by the Council of the Band and said Council shall prescribe his duties. !,; - ■ ; b.
