Iytton Ageney, Iytton, B.C. fho Council of the Iytton Bund, at * meeting hold on October 22nd, 1963, sake* the following by-law pursuant to paragraph (1) and paragraph (r) of Baotion 60 of the Indian lot. A by-law to provida for the regulation of domestic water supplies on Iytfcon Indian Beaenres. (a) Thera will ha elected annually from the users of a domestic water system a committee called the later Beard, oonaisting of two nadbtra, who shall ha responsible for tha maintenance of the system end the collection of water rates. (b) Wo person shall destroy or infusa sa y part of a water ayaten within tha Saserva. (o) Every householder shall pay to tha later Board tha aua of ( É ! °v ) Boilers every calendar year. (d) Any person who violates any of the provisions of thle by-law
