(a) The H azelton Band Waterworks System s h a ll be under the c o n t r o l o f the H azelton Band C o u n cil, which has passed the attached regu la tion s fo r the c o n tr o l and management o f the sa id waterworks system and which re g u la tio n s form part o f th is by -law and s h a ll be in e f f e c t from the date o f the passing o f t h is by -law , a copy o f which re g u la tio n s is duly recorded in the o f f i c e o f the Indian Superintendent* (b ) In a d d it io n t o the p e n a lt ie s provided in the sa id re g u la t io n s , any person who v io la te s any o f the pro­ v is io n s o f th is by -law s h a l l be g u i l ty o f an o ffe n se and s h a l l be l ia b le on summary c o n v ic t io n t o a f in e not exceed ing ten d o lla r s ($10 .00 ) o r t o imprisonment f o r a term not exceeding seven days, o r both such f in e and im prisonm ent.

SCHEDULE OF FEES HAZELTON BAND WATERWORKS SYSTEM 1 , Every u ser s h a l l pay a water ra te o f One D o lla r and F if t y Cents ($1*50) per month in to the funds o f the H azelton Band, and t h is s h a ll in clu d e any person who, not having water taken in to h is own p rem ises, draws i t from the premises o f one who has* .2* The B a i l i f f s h a l l be paid in co n s id e ra tio n o f the performance o f a l l h is d u tie s 15% o f the t o t a l ra tes c o l le c t e d from the funds o f th e H azelton Band*
