(a) To hawker, peddler or other person who enters the reserve to buy,.sell or otherwise deal in wares or merchandise, who .jo from place to place or to other mens houses on foot or with any animal or bicycle, motor cycle, auto­ mobile or other vehicle bearing or drawing any pools, wares or merchandise for sale shall buy, sell or other­ wise deal in such wares or merchandise without permiss­ ion in writing therefor of the Council of the Band or the Chief therof. (b) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this bylaw shall be .juilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine .not evceedinj ten Aoll- ara or imprisonment for a term not e.cceedinj seven days, or doth fine and imprisonment. 1 . r ( i
