ADAMS LAKE INDIAN BAND BY - LAW 1993/94 - T05 WHEREAS the council of the Adams Lake Indian Band ( "Council" ) enacted a by-law entitled " A by-law to bring section 10 (3) of the Indian Act into effect in respect of the Band " pursuant to section 81 (1) (pg.4) of the Indian Act, R.S.C. 1985, 1-5 ( the "Act" ) on January 15th, 1993; AND WHEREAS the said by-law was duly forwarded to the Minister of Indian Affairs ( "Minister" ) pursuant to section 82 (1) of the Act, and was not disapproved by the Minister pursuant to section 82 (2) of the Act; AND WHEREAS the said by-law therefore came into force on February 24th, 1993 by operation of section 82 (2) of the Act; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Adams Lake Indian Band hereby enacts this by-law: 1. By-law No. 1992/93 - 3, concerning the application of section 10 (3) of the Act to the Adams Lake Indian Band, is hereby rescinded. THIS BYLAW WAS APPROVED AND PASSED at a duly convened meeting of the Council of the Band this 08 day of February, 1994, by the following members of the Council who were present at the afore said Council meeting.
