That members o f the Chapel Island Band possessing oyster leases at Chapel Island Indian Reserve # 5 sha ll be permitted to use SCUBA equipment fo r the preservation, protection and management o f the oysters on th e ir respective leases. 2. The Council sh a ll henceforth be responsible fo r the punishment and removal of persons trespassing upon the said oyster leases. !
