CANADA Province of Quebec TO WIT I, STEPHEN ALFRED ROBERTS, Reserves and Trusts, residing at Ottawa, Ontario, make oath and swear that the paper writing to which this affidavit is attached is a true copy of a document produced and shown to me and purporting to be the original by-law made pursuant to the Indian Act and signed by the Council of The Pas Band of Indians and dated May 29, 1979, the said copy having been compared by me with the said original document. Sworn to before me in the City of Hull, in the Province of Quebec this 1979-Commissioner of the taking of Oaths pursuant to Section 108(a) of the Indian Act.

Tb° Council of The Pas Band of Indians hereby enacts by-law No. 4A to repeal b ' No. 4 regulating the activities of girls and boys under the age of 16 . ars of The Pas Indian Reserve. WHEREAS, the Council of The Pas Band of Indians has enacted by-law number 4 on the 3rd day of October, 1960 pursuant to Section 81 of the Indian Act to regulate the activités of boys and girls, actually or apparently under 16 years of age, on The Pas Indian Reserve, and, WHEREAS, the said Council is of the opinion that such a by-law is no longer sufficient, NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Pas Band of Indians enacts as a by-law thereof the following: 1. By-law number 4 enacted on the 3rd of October, 1960 and being a by-law to regulate the activities of boys and girls actually or apparently under 16 years of age, on The Pas Indian Reserve is hereby repealed. Approved and passed at a duly convened meeting of the Band Council of The Pas Band of Indians this 29th day of May 1979. The quorum of this band consists of 5 Council members.
