Indian Reserve, in the province of ..Manitoba (a) No vehicle shall be operated at a rate of speed in excess of 30 miles an hour within any residential area designated and narked as such by the council of the band and the area known as the “-each Area" where no vehicle shall be operated at a rate of soeed in excess of ...15.. miles per hour. (b) No person shall remove, deface, obliterate, alter or attempt to remove, deface, obliterate or alter, or in any manner interfere with any traffic sign lawfully placed on a road. (c) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this by-law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 100 dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 days, or both fine and imprisonment.
