The Long Plain First Nation Band A By-law to repeal the By-law Respecting Health for the establishment of the Long Plain First Nation Health Board and Health Centre WHEREAS the Tribal Council of the Long Plain Band did enact a By-law on the 22"d day of November, 1993, pursuant to section 81.1(a)to provide for the health of residents on the reserve to prevent the spreading of contagious and infectious disease; AND WHEREAS the said Tribal Council have decided to repeal the By-law. NOW THEREFORE the Tribal Council of the Long Plain First Nation (Band) enacts as a By-law thereof the following: 1. By-law number enacted on the 22nd day November, 1993, and being a by-law to re-establish the Long Plain First Nation Health and Health Centre is hereby repealed.
