BY-LAW The Council of the Hollovr Water Band of Indiana et a meeting held November 21, 19^3 makes the following by-lav/ pursuant to paragraph (b) and (i) of Section 80 of the Indian Act* By-Law No, / A by-law to provide for the regulation of traffic in the Hole or Hollow Water Hiver Indian Reserve Ho. 10, in the Province of Manitoba. 1. Ho vehicle shall be operated at a speed in excess of 30 miles an hour on the Hole or Hollow Water River Indian Reserve Ho. 10. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1, a vehicle shall not be operated at a rate of speed in excess of 15 ailes an hour within any school zone designated and marked as such by the Council of the Band. 3. Any person who violates any of the provisions of the by-law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty days, or both fine and imprisonment* Chief ...... .
