The Gods Lake Band of Indians By Law 3 Being a by-law to repeal by-law number 1 dated February 16, 1961, providing for the regulation of the activities of all boys and girls on the Gods Lake Indian Reserve who are age sixteen or under. WHEREAS the Council of the Gods Lake Band of Indians did enact by-law number 1 on the 16th day of February, 1961 pursuant to paragraphs (c), (d), (q) and (r) of Section 51 of the Indian Act to regulate the activities of boys and girls on the Gods Lake Indian Reserve who were of the age sixteen or underj AND WHEREAS the said Council is of the opinion that such a by-law is not required at this time; NOV/ THEREFORE the Council of the God's Lake Band of Indians enacts as a by-law thereof the following; 1. vy-law number 1 enacted on the l6th day of February, 1961 c'ud being a by-law to regulate + he activities of boys and girls on the God's Lake Indian eserve who are of the age of sixteen or under is hereby repealed. approved and passed at a duly convened meeting of the Council this M-th day of May, 1976.
