BY-LAW The Council cf the Fort Alexander Band of Indians at a meeting held Octooer 12, 1965 makes the following by-law pursuant to paragraph (b) and (r) of Section Ô0 of the Indian Act. By-Law No. 1 A by-law to provide for the regulation of traffic on the North Shore of the Fort Alexander Reserve No. 3 in the Province of Nianitobao 1. No vehicle shall be operated at a speed in excess of 30 miles an hour on the North Shore of the Fort Alexander Indian Reserve No. 3. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1, a vehicle shall not be operated at a rate of speed in excess of 15 miles an hour within any school zone designated and marked as such by the Council of the Band. 3. Any person who violates any of the provisions of the by law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hund­ red dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty days, or both fine and imprisonment.
