I B?-LAW NO. 3 The Council of the FORT ALEXANDER INDIAN BAND, in the Province of Manitoba, at a meeting held at Port Alexander Indian Reserve in the Province of Manitoba, this fourth (4)day of Novenber A. D. 1968, make the following by-law pursuant to the authority vested in the said Band under the provisions of the Indian Act, Revised Statutes of Canada, 1952, Chapter 149. The Council of the Fort Alexander Indian Band may by simple résolution of the Council employ all necessary persons who may be required to better carry out the aims, objectives, purposes and responsibilities of the Council, and to this end the Council may enter into Employment Agreements with any such person or persons.
