BY - LAW That the Council of the Brokenhead Band of Indians at a meeting h e ld _____August 29th, 1967_______makes the follow ing By-Law pursuant tc Paragraph (3) and of Section 80 o f the Indian Act. By-Law h o . / A By-Law tc provide fo r the regulation o f t r a f f ic on the Brokenhead Reserve No. b in the Province of Manitoba. 1. No veh icle shall be operated at a speed in excess o f 30 miles an hour on the Brokenhead Reserve No. bยป 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1, a vehicle shall not be operated at a speed in excess of 15 miles an hour within any school zone designated and marked as much by the Council of the Band. 3 . Any person who v iolates any of the provisions of the By-Law shall be gu ilty of an offence and shall be liab le on summary conviction to a fin e not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment fo r a term not exceeding th irty (30) days, or both fine and imprisonment.
