F O R H E A D Q U A R T E R S U S E O N L Y C O U N C I L OF THE Poundmaker B A N D A G E N C Y Battloford P R O V I N C E Saskatchewan P L A C E Poundmaker Reserve D A T E 2 0 January An , 0 j DAY 67 M O N TH Y E A R DO H E R E B Y R E S O L V E : THAT the following regulation of traffic be applicable throughout Poundmaker Reserve. BY-LAW No. 1 * (a) Ro vehicle shall be operated at a rate of speed in excess of thirty-five miles an hour within the designated reserve. . (b) Ko vohiclo shall bo operated at a rate of speed in excess of fifteen milds an hour within the school zones of the Poundmaker Rosorvos No. 114 designated and markod as ouch by the council of the Band. (o) Hot withstanding above sub-sections (a) and <b) the Band Council may in the public interest fix a maximum speed on the reserve road3 or portions thereof and shall cause to be erected at each end of the reserve roads or portions thereof* and at intervals along the roadways or portions thereof, signs indicating ouch maximum speeds. No person shall drive a motor vehicle on ouch roadways or port­ ions thereof, upon which such signs have been erected at a speed greater than that so dedicated. (d) That any vehicle loft on or near any of tho aaid roadways on Poundmaker Reserve shall be removed within forty-eight houi's, this removal to be the sole responsib­ ility of tho owner of such a vehicle. Failure to do so will result in action taken against tho person responsible and charges assessed accordingly. 1A -13S
