The service charge of $5.00 (five dollars) per month to be assesed each house being serviced by the present system of water and sewer. The assessment of $2.50 (Two dollars and fifty cents) to members not presently being serviced by any sewer system, until such time as the sewer system is extended to facilitate the needs of these people.
