Pursuent to Section 81, we hereby make this by-law with regulations and provisions attached. By-Law # 9 Notice is hereby given that the Council of the MicMacs of Maria Band at a meeting held January 9th 1986. Make the following By-Law pursu- ent to Section 81 of the Indian Act as amended, Article 1 that pursuent to all signed agreements made between the MicMacs of Maria Band Council and individuals concerning housing pay­ ments. Article 2 that pursuent to all agreements made between the MicMacs of Maria Band Council amd individuals concerning repayable loans. Article 3 that pursuent to all agreements made between the MicMacs of Maria Band Council and individuals concerning water-garbage services. Article 4 that housing payments will be collected on a monthly basis for which ever amount indicated by the band council. Article 5 that collection on accounts repayable will be initiated in February,1986 Article 6 that recuperation of payments on water and garbage services will be initiated in February of 1986 for the fiscal year 85-86. Article7 that the Band Council through this by-law will use all means available to itself either through negotiations with individ­ uals or the legal system. Article 8 that the Band Council through this by-law is empowered to make deductions on salaries made by individuals on the reserve regardless whoi the employée may be.
