That members of the Whycocomagh Band possessing oyster leases at Whycocomagh Indian Reserve # 2 shall be permitted to use SCUBA equipment for the preservation, protection and management of the oysters on their respective leases. 2. The Council shall henceforth be responsible for the punishment and removal of persons trespassing upon the said oyster leases. The Band Council shall take all such steps as are necessary to maintain the preservation and conservation of oyster resources. 4. In this "by-law: A. "Council" means the Council .as defined in the Indian Act, of the Whycocomagh Band of Indians. B. "Reserve" means the tract of land set apart by Her Majesty within the definition in the Indian Act for the use and benefit of the Whycocomagh Band of Indians.
