The Council of the White Bear Band of Indians at a meeting held July 5,1965 (date) makes the following by-law pursuant to paragraph (b) and (r) of Section 80 of the Indian Act. By-law No.4 A by-law to provide for the regulation of traffic in the White Bear Indian Reserve, in the Province of Saskatchewan 1. In this by-law *. (a) "Council" means the Council of the White Bear Band of Indians; and (b) "Reserve" means the White Bear Indian Reserve. 2. No vehicle shall be operated at a rate of speed in excess of (35) Thirty-five miles an hour within the Reserve. 3. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2 of this by-law no vehicle shall be operated at a rate of speed in excess of (15) Fifteen miles an hour within any school, zone in the Reserve designated and marked as such by the Council. ii. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this by-law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty days, or both fine and imprisonment.
