The Council of the White Bear Band of Indians at a meeting held ______ _____________________ makes the following bylaw pursuant to paragraph (a) ( i i ) of subsection one of section 82t and paragraph (r) of section 80 of The Indian Act. Bylaw No. ^ _______ A bylaw to provide for the licencing of businesses, callings. trades and occupations within the ^kite Bear______________ Indian Reserve, in the province of (a) No person shall conduct or carry on any business, calling, trade or occupation as listed herein who is not the holder of a valid and subsisting licence for the business, calling, trade or occupation issued pursuant to this bylaw. (b) There shall be paid at the time of the application for a licence a fee in the amount as set out hereunder, which licence may be renewed from year to year upon payment of the required fee. LICENCE (c) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this bylaw shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding Twen^J^ive______________ dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding _______________ . or both fine and imprisonment. _ /2/JJt/r, ./yA-,./, ;o 2 .
