D M Y Province 10 U 0 I 7 9 Is Gepeg The Listuguj Migmaq First Nation By-Law Number 1995-2 A by-law to repeal a by-law for the protection, preservation and management of fur bearing animals, fish and game on the Listuguj Indian Reserve No. 1, in the Province of Quebec, to repeal a Salmon Fishing By-Law including an Addendum to the last said By-Law, and to repeal a by-law regarding Wildlife. WHEREAS the Listuguj Migmaq First Nation Government and the Council of the Listuguj M igmaq First Nation desire to enact a by-law to repeal certain obsolete by-laws regulating fur-bearing animals, fish and other game and matters ancillary thereto; AND WHEREAS it is expedient and necessary in light of new circumstances for the Listuguj M igmaq First Nation to repeal said by­ laws; AND WHEREAS the Listuguj Migmaq First Nation Government has inherent authority and in addition pursuant to the Indian A ct, including paragraphs 81(lXo) and (q) thereof, the Council of the Listuguj Migmaq First Nation is empowered to enact the present repealing by-law; Moved: c .
