WHEREAS the Listuguj Mi’gmaq First Nation Government and the Council of the Listuguj M i’gmaq First Nation desire to enact a by-law to repeal certain obsolete by-laws regulating fur-bearing animals, fish and other game and matters ancillary thereto; AND WHEREAS it is expedient and necessary in light of new circumstances for the Listuguj M i’gmaq First Nation to repeal said by laws; AND WHEREAS the Listuguj Mi’gmaq First Nation Government has inherent authority and in addition pursuant to the Indian A ct, including paragraphs 81(lXo) and (q) thereof, the Council of the Listuguj Mi’gmaq First Nation is empowered to enact the present repealing by-law; Moved: c .
