"That all sections of By-law No. 6 that read, "Band Council" shall now be replaced and read, "Community Services Director or designate". Section 5 will now read: To be valid, a grocery permit or special event pc :rmit shall be authorized and signed by the Community Services Director or person designated by the Community Services Director.
