CANADA Province of Quebec TO WIT I, MAE C. DECONTIE, residing at Nepean, Ontario make oath and swear that the paperwriting to which this affidavit is attached is a true copy of a document produced and shown to me and purporting to be the original by-law pursuant to the Indian Act and signed by the Chief and Council of the Lac La Hache Band of Indians and dated December 16, 1985 the said copy having been compared by me with the said original document. Commissioner of the Taking of Oaths Pursuant to Section 108(a) of the Indian Act
By-Law No. 6-85 To Repeal By-Law No. 3-85 WHEREAS the Council of the Lac La Hache Band of Indians has passed a By-Law, By-Law No. 3-85 for the control of intoxicants on the Reserve; AND WHEREAS the Council of Lac La Hache Band has been advised that this By-Law is similar to By-Law No. 2-85 passed by the Council of the Lac La Hache Band on October 21, 1985; THEREFORE the Council of the Lac La Hache Band hereby repeals By-Law No. 3-85 dated October 21, 1985. Approved and passed at a duly convened meeting of the Council of the Lac La Hache Band of Indians this 16th day of December ยป 1985. I, Hector Kkailther Chief/C<H>nc->Vl-or- of the Lac La Hache Band of Indians, do hereby certify that a true copy of the foregoing By-Law was forwarded to the Minister of Indian & Northern Affairs Canada pursuant to Section 85.1 (3) of the Indian Act this 16th day of December , 1985.
