B y law N o . ^ A bylaw to prov ide fo r the regu lation of the conduct and a c t iv it ie s o f haw kers , pedd lers or others who enter the Indian R e s e r v e in the P ro v in c e o f or o therw ise deal in w ares or m erchandise and the charging o f a l ic en ce fee th e re fo r .
