WHEREAS: Section § of the Stony Plain Indian Reserve #135, traffic bylaw #5, does not provide a penalty scale for speeding infractions; ' AND WHEREAS: Section 4 of the Stony Plain Indian Reserve #135» traffic bylaw #5, does not allow for voluntary payment of traffic penalties; THEREFORE: The Council of the Enoch Band of Indians enacts as a bylaw thereof as follows: Section *4-, after the words "shall be liable" insert the words "to a fine or" and after the words "both fine and imprisonment" Insert the words "as follows" and insert the schedule of penalties. Section k of bylaw #5 will then read; ty. Any persons who violates any of the provisions of this bylaw shall be guilty of an offense and shall be liable to à fine not exceeding §100 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty days; or both fine and imprisonment, as follows: L . A. Exceeding the speed limit 1 to 10 m.p.h. Voluntary Payment § 15.- B. Exceeding the speed limit 11 to 20 m.p.h. § 30.. Voluntary Payment C. Exceeding the speed limit 21 to JO m.p.h.
