The Council of the BLOOD Band of Indians at a meeting held 2ndg 1960 (date) makes the following by-law pursuant to paragraph (b) and (r) of Section 80 of The Indian Act. By-law No. 5_______ A by-law to provide for the regulation of traffic in BLOOD Indian Reserve, in the Province of _____ _A _L _B _E _R _T _A ________________ _ (a) No vehicle shall be operated at a rate of speed in excess of 20 miles an hour within any residential area designated and marked as such by the Council of the Band. (b) No vehicle shall be operated over any bridge within the __________ _____________________Indian Reserve at a rate of speed in excess of the speed designated and marked thereon by the Council of the Band. (c) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this by-law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty days, or both fine and imprisonment.
