/ Bie Council oÿ the Blood Band of Indians at a meeting held & A w m U y &sa » makes the following by-law pursuant to paragraph* (dr) and (r) of Section 80 of the Indian Aot. By-law Ho. ij-A by-law to provide for the regulation and use of the new Blood Band Community Hall on the Blood Indian Reserve. (a) Ho person shall loiter in or cm the premises of the new Blood Band Comnmity Hall. (b) No person shall park or Cause to be parked any vehicle within l O O feet of the new Blood Band Community Hall except in an area designated and marked for parking by the Band Council. (c) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this by-law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty days, or both fine and imprisonment.
