The Council of the Blood Band of Indians at a meeting held the 4 th day o f ___July , 1977, makes the following by lav/ pursuant to paragraphs (c) and (d) of section 81 of the Indian Act: Bylaw No._______ 13 __ __________ A bylaw to provide for the observance of law and order and for the prevention of disorderly conduct and nuisance within that portions of the Blood Indian Reserve, in the Province of Alberta, as shown on the Plans hereunto annexed and commonly known and hereafter referred to as the Standoff, Moses Lake and Levern Communities. 1. In this bylaw, "Public Places" includes any place within the de­ signated communities to which the public have access to or right or by invitation or implied. 2. No person shall cause a disturbance in or near a public place a. by fighting, screaming, shouting,swearing, singing, or using insulting or obscene language; b. by impeding or molesting other persons. 3. No person shall loiter in a public place or in any way obstruct persons who are there. 4. No person shall disturb the peace and quiet of the occupants of a dwelling house within the designated communities by discharging firearms, or by other disorderly conduct in a public place, or dwel­ ling house within the designated communities. 5. No person shall within the designated communities, without lawful excuse, the proof of which lies upon him, prowl, loiter by day or by night upon the property of another person or near a dwelling house situated on that property without the owner's permission either expressed or implied. 6.
