OSOYOOS INDIAN BAND AMENDMENT NO.2 TO OSOVOOS INDIAN BAND PROPERTY TAXATION LAW, 2009 Citation 1. This Law nay he cited as Amenchne,n No. 2 to Osoioos fadion Band Property Taxation Lair, 2009. Replacement of Subsection 12(3) 2. Subsection 12(3) of the Osoyoos Indian Band Properly Taxation La;s’. 2009 is hereby deleted and substituted with the following: “(3) Payment of taxes made by cheque or money order must be made payable to ‘Osoyoos Indian Band Taxation*, Force and Effect 3. This Law comes into force and effect on the later of June 1.2011 and the day after it is approved by the First Nations Tax Commission.
