Little Shuswap Indian Band By-law 2000-T02 (Rates Bylaw) Dated at Ottawa, Ontario this 21 day of~~ 2000.

BE IT KNOWN that this by-law entitled "the Rates By-law" which forms part of the Taxation By-law passed by Chiefand Council and approved by the Minister on November 30t", 1995 that being a by-law to establish by by-law a system on the reserve lands of the Little Shuswap Indian Band for the fair and equitable taxation for local purposes of land, or interests in land including the right to occupy, possess or use lands within the boundaries of the reserves is hereby enacted as by-law 2000-T02 by the Chief and Council of the Little Shuswap Indian Band. APPROVED ANDPASSED at a duly convened meeting of the Council ofthe Little Shuswap Indian Band held at the Little Shuswap Indian Band Administration Office, Squilax, British Columbia this I 11h day of August 2000 .
