KAMLOOPS INDIAN BAND 2001 BUDGET BYLAW Bylaw No. 2002 - 02 WHEREAS: 'The Kamloops Indian Band passed. the.Taxation Expenditure Bylaw, duly approved by . the Minister of Indian and Northern Affairs. Canada, pursuant to Section 83 ofthe Indian Act. AND WHEREAS: The Kamloops Indian Band has passed the Taxation Amendment Bylaw, the Property Rates, Classification and Miscellaneous Amendment Bylaw, and various other bylaws related to the assessment and taxation within the reserves, pursuant to Section 83 ofthe Indian Act. ANDWHEREAS: The Taxation Expenditure Bylaw provides for the Band Council to adopt an annual budget, including the projected revenues and expenditures for the provision of local government services to the assessment area . NOWTHEREFOREBE IT HEREBY RESOLVED: That the Chiefand Council ofthe Kamloops Indian Band adopts the budget attached as the budget for the fiscal year 2002 and 2003 pursuant to Section 83 ofthe Indian Act as follows: Region 1 Sun Rivers Lands Schedule "A" Region 3 Charlie Wah Lands Schedule "B" Region 4 General KIB, G&M, Silver Sage, and Paul Schedule "C" Lake Lands
