Minister of Indian Affairs Ministre des Affaires and Northern Development indiennes et du Nord canadien Ottawa, Canada K1AOW I, the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, HEREBY APPROVE, pursuant to section 83 of the Indian Act, the following bylaw made by the Bonaparte Indian Band, in the Province of British Columbia, at a meeting held on the 261h day of July 1995 . Bonaparte Indian Band Property Tax Expenditure Bylaw #1 (1995) Dated at Ottawa, Ontario this 23rd day of October, 1995 .
Bonaparte Indian Band Property Tax Expenditure Bylaw #1 (1995) Whereas: Funds raised pursuant to the Bonaparte Indian Band Property Tax By-law can only be expended by way of a by-law approved by the Bonaparte Band Council and the Minister ofIndian Affairs and Northern Development under the authority ofsection 83 ofthe Indian Act NOW THEREFORE, the Bonaparte Indian Band Council hereby enacts the following bylaw. 1 . Schedule 'P' annexed hereto is hereby declared an integral part ofthis bylaw . 2. The expenditures set out in Schedule I for office equipment, water system repairs, and road maintenance are hereby authorized and approved 3. This by-law shall come into force and effect immediately upon approval by the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development . APPROVED AND PASSED at a duly convened meeting of the Band Council of the Bonaparte Indian Band held at Bonaparte Band Hall, Bonaparte IR # 3, P.O .
