Recreational Property/ 13-40 Non profit Organization 9, gAr, 16 .13 BB IT KNOWN that this By-Law entitled "the Rates By-Law" which forms part of the Taxation By-Law passed by Chief and Council and approved by the Minister on June 23rd 1993, that being a by-law to establish by by-law a eystem on the reserve lands of the Ashcroft Indian Band for the fair and equitable taxation for local purposes of land, or interests in land inoluding the right to occupy, possess or use lands within the bo~daries of the reserves in hereby enacted a® by-law 1994-T02 by the Chief and Council of the Ashcrott Indian Band .
