ADAMS LAKE INDIAN BAND TAXATION EXPENDITURE BY-LAW AMENDMENT The Council of the Adams Lake Indian Band, of the Central District .in the Province of British Columbia, at Chase, B.C., on the 18th day of May, 1994 do hereby resolve : and agree that whereas, the Adams Lake Indian Band approved and passed a by-law entitled the "taxation expenditure by-law" 1993/94-T04 ; and that whereas, the "taxation and expenditure by-law" has a provision for amendments under section 10 ; be it resolved that, the by-law entitled "taxation expenditure by-law", be enacted as By-law 1993/94 be amended as follows : On the first line of section 2.2, the words "April 15", after the words "On or before", be struck and the words "May 31" be inserted, as below: "2.2 On or before ApFil 16 May 31 of each Fiscal Year, the Band Council will prepare the Annual Budget and will by by-law add the Annual Budgets as a schedule to this Expenditure By-law ." ; and, On the first line of section 11 .1, the words "as of January 1, 1994, provided so", be stuck and the word "when" be inserted, as below : "11 .1 This Expenditure By-law is in force and effect when approved by the Minister." Approved and passed at a duly convened meeting of the Adams Lake Indian Band, held at the Adams Lake Indian Band Administration Office, Chase, British Columbia, this 18th day of May, 1994 .
