This bylaw may be cited as the Lower Similkameen Indian Band 2000 Rates Bylaw. 2 . Pursuant to Section 11 of the Lower Similkameen Indian Band Property Assessment and Taxation Bylaw, the tax rates for each class property shall be in accordance with Schedule "A: which is attached, and forms part of the 2000 Rates Bylaw . This Bylaw is hereby enacted by Council at a duly convened meeting held on the 1 st day of December, 2000 .
