Schedule "A" Seabird Island Indian Band Prescribed Tax Rates For the Taxation Year 1994 Class of Property Tax Rate_ l ) Residential 11 .12 2) Utilities 61 .95 3) Unmanaged Forest Land 59 .13 4) Major Industry 26 .06 5) Light Industry 23 .34 6) Business / Other 20 .63 7) Managed Forest Land 51 .25 8) Recreational Property 7 .56 Non Profit Organization 9) Farm 15 .96 BE IT KNOWN that this By-Law entitled "the Rates By-Law" which forms part of the Taxation By-Law passed by Chief and Council and approved by the Minister on July 30th 1993, that being a by law to establish by by-law a system on the reserve lands of the Seabird Island Indian Band for the fair and equitable taxation for local purposes of land, or interests in land including the right to occupy, possess or use lands within the boundaries of the reserves is hereby enacted as by-law 1994-T02 by the Chief and Council of the Seabird Island Indian Band .
